We make both kinds:

THIN CRUST, square cut, with cheese over the toppings to seal in flavor and keep condiments from drying out and shriveling up in the oven.

And crispy bottom, light and fluffy DEEP DISH.

We make our dough from scratch, fresh daily, and our sauces are from family recipes passed down. We get fresh vegetables almost daily and use the best ingredients, even "real" Italian sausage from a Chicago vendor. You're going to love our Pizza!

We make our lasagna from scratch and use fresh ingredients to prepare our sauces in our own kitchen. That's uncommon these days. But you can taste the difference!
