Our facility was built in 2006 and originally occupied by J Christopher's Pizza Pasta in August of that year. Over 28 years John Christopher Brennan's family developed a stellar reputation in Kingwood, TX about ten miles to the north. That family owned operation is still thriving but due to a series of unfortunate circumstances the original proprietor was compelled to abandon his expansion pursuits not only here but at two other new facilities.

Eric Scott owned and operated a restaurant in Oklahoma prior to becoming a successful swimming pool builder in Texas. He wanted to get back into the restaurant business for several years and saw that the location, the ambiance, and the basic offering were too good to let die. He believes the community deserves and needs a place like this.

Scott determined to reopen the facility with modest but substantive changes to the menu and atmosphere. He found and retained the best people on the staff, most of whom had over ten years experience, and started to rebuild.

Scott's commitment is to consistently deliver good food at a fair price quickly and efficiently with a great attitude. He has staked his very life and livelihood in this venture.

Our Business

We serve the greater Atascocita dining community. Atascocita is a growing community eight miles east of Humble, TX about 25 miles northeast of Houston on State Highway 59.

Although we are best known for our outstanding pizza, our pasta dishes are just as good and we have several signature dishes that you won't find elsewhere. We specialize in grilled fish on a bed of pasta or spinach with sauteed vegetables covered in our great homemade sauces.

As we expand our menu we will offer a sumptuous grilled marinated steak cut in strips and embedded in a delicate bed of pasta and original sauces. The owner and chef's are working to arrive at a platter worthy of their presentation and deserving of your appreciation and patronage.

We hope that soon we will not only be one of your favorite establishments but that this local "family business" is where you will want to bring all of your relatives and friends when they come to visit you from out of town.
